Specialized Community Services


Abilities Network provides Specialized Community Services that includes intensive support, training and education to individuals and/or families that are eligible for DDA services within the Central Maryland region.

Services are delivered in a tiered manner. Regardless of the tier in which people are best supported, each individual and family will participate in a post assessment to measure the program’s success to avoid a future crisis and to reduce the need to apply for long term services through DDA by providing immediate community assistance.
